Bug Description
System: Linux Mint 17 (RC)
Opening the Account Details page in Cinnamon settings causes the webcam to be turned on for a second and then back off before the page is opened. For privacy advocates, this is unnerving at best.
Expected behavior: Opening the Account Details page should not enable the webcam at all. The webcam should only be enabled when the user attempts to take a selfie.
