MDM package name already exists in Ubuntu and Debian

Bug Description

Running LMDE I found that the MDM Display Manager is installed by a package named 'mdm'.
But that name is already used by a set of utilities called "the Middleman System":
http://packages.debian.org/jessie/mdm
http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/mdm

This way one cannot install Middleman without removing MDM Display Manager.

Renaming the display manager package name seems the only solution to me (maybe something like 'mint-mdm'?).
