LM 16 Cinnamon
I have selected to open the menu when the mouse hovers. If I right-click the menu and moves the mouse upwards to click Configure..., what happens is that the menu opens, and the right-click menu disappears. If I do this a number of times (sometimes 5-10), I am finally allowed to click Configure.
