Bug Description
The Xfce edition of Linux Mint, while very cool indeed, lacks one important feature: a graphical tool for adding new users. This is true for both Maya and Petra.
This issue could be solved easily, by including the package gnome-system-tools in the default installation. This package contains, among other things, a simple graphical tool for creating new user accounts. Access in the menu: System - Users and Groups.
gnome-system-tools integrates well into Xfce and is also being used by Xubuntu, where it's part of the default installation.
