Bug Description

Release: Linux Mint 16 "petra"
Edition: MATE 64-bit

Some times (but definitely not every time) touchpad does not wake up after suspend on Dell XPS 11, however touchscreen continues to work.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Linux Mint 16 Mate 64-bit on Dell XPS 11
2. Enable suspend in power properties
3. Let system to suspend
4. Wake the system up and see if touchpad works.
5. Repeat steps 3-5 until touchpad stops working after wake-up

Expected behaviour:
touchpad should continue working after resume 100% of the time, no exceptions.
