Bug Description
1) Linux Mint 16 MATE 64 bits
3.11.0-12-generic #19-Ubuntu SMP Wed Oct 9 16:20:46 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
2) MATE panel disappear at the top and at the bottom of the screen when using LibreOffice.
3) All MATE panel disappear.
4) They shouldn't disappear.
5) Sometimes
