Bug Description

Because http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/json/applets.json is empty, it is not possible to install cinnamon panel applets using the tool.
It should be regenerated, or regenerator facility restarted if stopped.

Doesn't working again.
Cinnamon applets online list isn't loading

File http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/json/applets.json is empty.
If you check http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/json/desklets.json, it contains information of desklets.
