Bug Description
Version: Linux Mint 13 "Maya" Cinnamon x86-64 Edition
Description: When installing a program in Software Manager, the progress bar shows 16% throughout the entire installation. Software installs correctly, but the progress bar is broken.
Expected Result: Progress bar shows the approximate progress of installation.
Actual Result: Progress bar shows 16% throughout the entire installation
Reproducability: Always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Software Manager.
2. Select a program of your choice.
3. Click "Install".
4. Watch the progress bar.
