Cinnamon crash when restart networking

Bug Description
Using Linux Mint 15 with Cinnamon.
When executing service networking restart Cinnamon crashes.
what i mean is that i cannot restart or shutdown from UI.
also the font color changes in current terminal windows to dark colors
If open new terminal is openned, nothing appears when typing.
Also the icon for network connectivity shows disconnected but i m connected.

This bug is also present in Linux Mint 16 Cinnamon.
When running "sudo service networking restart", Cinnamon craches and enters in Fallback mode.
Considering that the bug is present since version 15, can anybody please fix it?
