Bug Description

Linux Mint 16 RC
Cinnamon
32-bit

To reproduce:

1) Go to System Settings -> Windows
2) Check the box for "Attach dialog windows to their parent window's titlebar" and close out of the settings app
3) Open Nemo file browser a navigate to trash can. Put a file in the trash if there isn't one already there
4) Click Empty Trash button

Expected behavior:

A dialog box is shown right below Nemo's titlebar. The trashcan window can be moved around and the attach dialog will follow.

What happens:

A dialog box is shown right below Nemo's titlebar, but the Nemo window itself is now invisible. Despite its invisibility, the Nemo window can be moved around as normal if one clicks where the titlebar should be, and the attached dialog follows.

How often this happens:

Any time the Attached Dialog option is in use.
