[mintInstall] Software Manager hangs while trying to open Wine's description page

To reproduce this bug you need a fresh install of Linux Mint 15 Cinnamon 64-bit.
After installation, run Software Manager. Then select Featured category and double-click on "wine".
What you see: application is hanged. What is intended to be: Wine's description page.

Few notes:
1. When you run "apt-get install wine", you see an error "you have held broken packages".
2. After full update of system, this problem is dissapearing.
