Bug Description

When user locks the computer (CTRL+ALT+L) and, for example, Chrome displays pop-up a notification, the secondary screen "unlocks". Desktop becomes visible, but the primary screen is still locked.
It happens every time any application that doesn't show notifications in the system notification centre.

It might unveil some things from the desktop like icons or a wallpaper that the user didn't want others to see while it was locked, but I don't think it is literally a security vulnerability.

Release: Linux Mint 15 "olivia"
Edition: Cinnamon 64-bit
