Bug Description
When I try to drag an application from the menu to the panel, the application is usually placed in the panel one application icon to the left of where I drop it; also, in many instances, it adds two copies of the application. When I try to delete one, it tends to delete the application to the left of the application I intended to delete.
I am running Linux Mint 15 "olivia", Cinnamon 64-bit edition.
This happens every time I try to add an application.

Having the exact issues. If I right click from a menu icon it, and add to panel, it usually takes. If I try to create my own and in this case a folder link it gives me double, occasionally erases a previous link or behaves in other odd manners.
I am also running Linux Mint 15 "olivia", Cinnamon 64-bit edition.
I gave up making a Dropbox & GDrive link and put them on the desktop instead.
