[mintupdate] main window doesn't show each time

Whether I hit icon in tray, click program from menus, or from alt-f2 quick search, or from terminal main window pops for second and disappears, then downloading packages window shows and loads packages, after that it closes and no main window of mintupdate is visible.
I have to try several times for that main window to show up.
I have curently KDE 4.10.3, but this issue was straight from beginning (KDE 4.9) after installing Mint (autumn 2012).
It happens all the time, sometimes it fires for 1st time, but it's like winning lottery. It happens straight at startup (first program to open) or during usage it does not depend on amount of programs opened (ram used).
