multiple scancodes for special keys on Acer P453-MG

On my new Acer TravelMate P453-MG notebook the special keys (euro-key, dollar-key) are not working. According to "https:/
Pls give some hints on how to narrow it down.
What happens:
"sudo showkey -s" returns
"^[[2;3~
"^[[2;3~
"sudo /lib/udev/keymap -i /dev/input/event4"
"scan code: 0x38 key code: leftalt
scan code: 0x52 key code: kp0
scan code: 0x4F key code: kp1
scan code: 0x50 key code: kp2
scan code: 0x48 key code: kp8" for the euro-key and

This is repeatable on ubuntu 12.4(liveCD), 12.10, 13.4(liveCD).
