Bug Description

I am using Nadia with Mate.

In terminal when I use cvs commands I face this issue. This applies to all cvs commands. But I giving one example.
Let's say the cvs repository name which is in my home folder is TestCVS_1.0 and path for a file name is TestCVS_1.0/modules/TestReport.py.
If I am writing "cvs status Tes" and pressing TAB to get the full folder name as I do for other linux commands does not work. After cvs <any option> it does not show the folder contents. This problem affect me really hard as I need to remember every file name with spelling to do any kind of operation using cvs command. Previously I was using Fedora and this issue was not there.

Another problem occurs with scp command. When I do scp -p22 "testfile" root@192.168.1.100:/var. Now after var if I pressed TAB
then it will not allow me to write anything after var. I have to ctrl+c to quit and start again which is cubersome.
