LMDE 201303 Cinnamon 64bit hangs on shutdown/restart/logout

Hello,

Often (but not every single time) the computer freezes completely with an empty black screen when I trigger shutdown/logout/restart from Cinnamon or XFCE menu. When this happens, the system is completely frozen and it does not react to any combinations of keys (like CTRL+ALT+F1, CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE, etc). The only thing I can do is to power it off by holding the power button pressed for 5 seconds.

Operating system: Linux Mint Debian Edition 201303 Cinnamon 64bit
Laptop: Toshiba Qosmio X500-10T
Graphical card (if that matters): NVIDIA GT215 (GeForge GTS 250M)
Graphical card driver used: nvidia-glx version 304.48-1

Logs attached (syslog_for_shutdown_and_start_afterwards.log). As you can see in the logs, on 1st of April I tried to shutdown the system and it hanged, then I started it up next day (2nd of April).

Does the following line in the log ring any bells?:
Apr 1 20:50:28 valimint kernel: [20742.250995] colord-sane[3165]: segfault at 8 ip 00007f65eaa5f7cc sp 00007f65dab0eb78 error 6 in libdbus-1.so.3.7.2[7f65eaa37000+44000]

Googling, I stumbled upon this link:

Is this link relevant? If yes, are there any version for colord orcolor-sane or libdbus or whatever that fixes this?

It is pretty clear: each time when the shutdown/logout/reboot hangs I see the system log:

[ 9018.025165] colord-sane[3735]: segfault at 58 ip 00007fd6206507cc sp 00007fd61062fb78 error 6 in libdbus-1.so.3.7.2[7fd620628000+44000]

Can somebody please respond to this, please?
