Bug Description
Maya (Mint 13) is still on kernel 3.2.0-23-generic. This kernel contains a mdadm (RAID) related bug.

This bug is fixed in Ubuntu Precise kernel 3.2.0-24.38 and higher, but Mint Update Manager considers the most recent
Precise kernel (3.2.0-39) as level 5, Dangerous package.
Mint 13 should allow for upgrading the kernel to the most recent version. This is already a necessity from a security point of view.
