Nemo-Dropbox won't allow changing default directory

Bug Description

I am using Linux Mint 14.

Attempting to change the directory during initial setup doesn't affect anything. (folder doesn't get changed from default, ~/Dropbox)

If you try to move the directory later, an error pops up preventing you from doing so, regardless of where you are setting the folder to:
"Target folder is your current Dropbox!"

I have tried resetting all configuration, by deleting both ~/.dropbox/ and ~/.dropboxd/.

I can't get past this issue.

I have this problem too. However, I think this is a bigger problem than just Dropbox. The same problem occurs in LibreOffice. (I'm almost certain other applications may have the same problem.)

See <http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=208&t=127646&p=695483#p695483>. I have steps on how to recreate the problems there.

Update: I have found a workaround.

When the folder chooser appears, press Ctl-L and type the directory manually. When you have entered the directory, press enter.

Running Linux Mint 14, I ran into the same issue trying to move the folder in Dropbox v2.4.2, I receive a message that the DropBox folder is already in the directory even though it's on an entirely different disk.

Trying to move from ~/whoabuddy/DropBox to ~/media/DA_DropBizzle/ (renamed from DA_DropBox because I thought it was a naming conflict), and I can confrim that Kyle Terrien's instructions work. Thank you!!! I was able to move the directoy by typing the location manually.
