[samba] Can't transfer files to Samba shares when their names contain colons

Bug Description

1) Create a file with at least 2 colons in its name (screen shots puts 3 colons in file names if you colon button is sticky). eg "hel:lo:world:d"

2) Open a nautilus or nemo window and browse it to a windows share (or possibly a samba share on linux)

3) Attempt a click and drag of the file named with a colon, it will fail with

"There was an error copying the file into smb://192.168.0.5/c$/."
"invalid argument"

Remember, you need at least 2 colons to trigger the bug.

Looks like Ubuntu team may have encountered this bug and possibly fixed it.
