blank dialog box appears on top of every app,,,,,

Bug Description

I m using linux mint 13 & gnome 3.4.2 . i have installed code composer studio v5 linux version. i am working on it,, edit css project properties,,,after clicking OK ,,,, a blank dialog box appears on top .......it stays on top of every applications. it appears on all workspaces. i am not able to close it.Also after closing the Code composer studio.it's not disappearing.....

but when i kill "cinnamon" process. then it restart & dialog box gone...

I don't know what is happening....

The screenshot is provided for the problem. It can be seen that a blank dialog box is in the center of the desktop & on the top of others applications.. Edit (43.7 KiB, image/jpeg)

hii,
I learned more about cinnamon. I am using cinnamon1.4. There is cinnamon1.6 out. But it isn't on apt-package list. There is written somewhere in forum that it is unstable.
If I update it then. Is it possible that the problem will correct?
