Bug Description
OS: Linus Mint 14 (win installer)
Sound decreases on 6 (six) items after maximal value
steps:
- install Mint;
- decrease sound to minimal (mute) value;
- increase system sound --> sound increases for +5% with each step by mouse scroll
- increase system sound to maximal 100% level;
- decrease system sound with mouse scroll.
Actual result: Sound is decreased for 6%
Expected result: Sound is decreased for 5%

To be more specific, the initial decrease is 6%, then all other decreases are by 5%
