Bug Description
It actually shows a word of the MarkUpgrade() message per row. The number of rows corresponds to the number of packages that are to be installed.
In my case, 9 packages are supposed to be installed, so there are 9 rows, and it is difficult to assume what the code is doing only from looking at the dialog.
I will attach two screenshots of the dialog to show its full contents, since it was not possible to resize the dialog.
