Bug Description
(mint 13 i386, mate)
when having the monitor applet in the panel, (initially ran 'Monitors' from Preferences menu, then i had the option to turn it on in panel ) , there is a bug
the bug is benign-- clicking the monitor applet i get a context menu and choose 'Configure display settings', but gnome's 'Control Center' opens instead of a window for 'Monitor Preferences'
