+ Linux Mint 13 (64bit) - 32bit support libraries installed
+ Cinnamon
+ * tcl8.5 is installed

I can confirm this happens only on the 64bit version of the system. Now I am using 32bit version and everything works great - but obviously it's not an elegant solution.
