shutdown failure

Bug Description

mint 13 Cinnamon 32-bit

my PC wont shutdown unless I hold down the power button for several seconds
since I dont know how to reproduce it, I captured it.

it happens every time I shutdown/ reboot the PC.

I have this problem on my lenovo y560 laptop and mint 13 Cinnamon 64-bit, but I have noticed that if I log out first then select shutdown, there are no problems. I don't know if this will help, but apparently a user process is breaking it...

tried that，but not work for me。 mint 13 cinnamon 32-bit, AMD 6xxx video card, i7 cpu.
dont remeber when this start happen.
