Bug Description

When running ver. 13/Cinnamon with dual monitors (not mirrored) the mouseover tooltips for any icon in the taskbar (other than Update Manager, weirdly) are displayed on the secondary display instead of the primary display which contains the taskbar.

Hi!

I moved this one to the Linuxmint bugtracker as it's not a bug on the community website. As this seem like a Cinnamon specific issue and Cinnamon has it's own bugtracker
https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues?page=1&state=open

Here is one that appear to be the same/similar:
https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/114

affects: community.linuxmint.com → linuxmint
