Hi!

I think this has been reported already.

You need to change every instance of "maya" in your sources.list to "precise".
Start the package manager (synaptic) and in Settings > Repositories
You can also edit sources.list manually:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
and just search/replace.

save and "sudo apt-get update".

done.
