VMware-Player NOT working in Linuxmint LMDE

Bug Description
VMware -Player doesn't want to work in LINUX MINT LMDE. You can install from Source; BUT every time you want to start VMware-Player, it tells you that it needs to build (install) a missing Driver which happens to be "the Virtual Network Connection". All the other Driver seem to be all ready installed by default, Is there a work around for this, or can the Developers Team fix this Problem in an Update to the Current Kernel?
