XBMC in fullscreen crashes Cinnamon when run with Intel card

Bug Description
Linux Mint 13, Cinnamon 64-bit
My laptop, K53SC, has two graphic cards. Intel 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller and Nvidia GeForce GT 520MX.
If I run XBMC on Intel card it runs fine until I put it in fullscreen which throws to login screen.
But if I run XBMC with Nvidia card, with "optirun xbmc", all is well.
It's a recurring problem.
