Dear Maintainer,
the issue was reported to several places already, today someone pointed out, that I chose the wrong projects to report against.
The bug numbers are:

#1008396
There is additional hardware-information. I have a NVidia Personal Cinema 5200 Graphics card in this computer and already tried to do several cross-checks, please see what was reported so far.
