Bug Description
Using Linux Mint Debian 201204 Xfce 64-bit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Partition machine with two or more hard drives such that intended / and /home (and/or /usr, /var, &c) are on separate discs
2. Boot from LMDE LiveCD
3. Begin install
4. Get to partitioning & formatting part
5. Attempt to specify paritions
Expected results:
LMDE would provide an option to use more than one disc, e.g., mounting /dev/sda1 as / and /dev/sdb1 as /home
Actual results:
Interface only allows one disc to be used; /home (and other partitions on discs other than the disc containing / ) must be mounted post-install using fstab

I just ran into the exact same problem. Of course I can (and will for now) install everything on /dev/sda1 and afterwards move /home to the 2nd disk, but that's really annoying. And it cannot be that hard to include it in the installer. Just look at (X|L|K)Ubuntu.
