Mint4Win 13 Cinnamon Fails on Windows 64 Bit Installations

Bug Description
There are several users that are reporting Mint4Win failing to finish an install.
It seems to only occur with 64 bit Systems.
What seems to happen is the install appears to go fine on Windows but upon restart you are just taken to the LiveDVD environment. Mint never finishes installing for whatever reason. This is troubling because this environment is unsecure, and changes/
Some users have tried to get around that and install from that environment but have expressed having problems with sessions not saving, etc.
