Menu not completely translated

Cinnamon menu is not completely translated when I choose a different language (Italian in my case).

Version and edition of Linux Mint:

Linux Mint 13 Maya
Linux 3.2.0-23-generic (i686)

How to reproduce it:

Change the language in System settings-->Language support, select Italian, wait till finish and then reboot. Click Cinnamon menu button and observe...

Affects me as well. I'm using Polish translation and not everything in the menu is translated.

Missing translations:
* app categories translations
    - only "All Applications" ["Wszystkie programy"] and "Places" ["Miejsca"] are translated correctly. Others like "Preferences" or "Programming" are not

* description for Cinnamon Settings
   - you can see that "Cinnamon Settings" are translated correctly to "Ustawienia Cinnamon", but the description "Fine-tune Cinnamon settings" is not translated

I have Polish language pack installed and everything else is translated correctly. I've checked and Cinnamon in Mint should have full Polish support according to this: http://cinnamon.linuxmint.com/?p=179
