Bug Description
Names in userlist is jumping if many peoples on the hub (>100).
If i try to find my friend in userlist, i use search, and then i click on name, BUT if in that time few user login to hub, her names is added in userlist and there name what i want select is jump up or down. and every second sombody enter or exit from hub, and names jumping as crazy .... )
PS list of downloadings in bottom of main window is do that too.

True. To be checked if this can be fixed by treeview attributes. Otherwise I don't think there's much we can do about it (maybe some logic with viewport adjustions, but adding users is already slow. So I'd avoid any extra stuff during user inserts) .
Workaround for transferview is to order the list with something not so 'jumpy', for example hub column.
