Bug Description

would it be possible to have the tab bar configurable ie it's height and width or for it to resize depending on the amount of open hubs one is in ? At Times it's hard to see private messages arrive due to only being able to see about 5 or 6 hubs from current chat.

Umh, where would it resize? It is already as wide or tall as the window.

Have you considered setting the tab position to right or left? That way you'll see more tabs (assuming you're not running this on a netbook...)

hmm might aswell forget this i guess i looked through the glade stuff n couldn't see sizes defined nowhere i presume its handled by the window manager, windows like functionality would be nice ie multiple tab rows but nm i guess, thanks anyway.

We definitely won't be doing multiple rows, but we can add an option to specify the maximum number of characters allowed in the tab (and thus its max. width). It's hardcoded to 20 right now. Unfortunately the settings would probably need major changes to properly support *nix specific settings. The height is not something we specify and is probably controlled by your window manager, but to me it seems way too tall in your screenshot in comparison to mine.
