Allow specifying IP to be reported to specific hub

Bug Description

It would be very nice to add an input filed in Favorite Hubs Properties window for IP address to report to given hub. This could be useful for users who have few IP addresses (In my case, I have an address for 100 Mbit intranet communications and another one, given by PPPoE connection, for limited speed internet access. Thus, I can't use our local hub and any of public hubs at the same time, since one of them will get a wrong IP from me. Currently only passive mode allows me to use both, but that's not a proper solution).

You can set your bind address in Preferences -> Advanced -> Experts Only. Setting an IP here will allow the core to try connecting with this address first and if binding is unsuccessful, it will fallback to INADDR_ANY. Of course, if you have 3 or more IPs for your computer, this is not very useful. For that, the DC++ core will need to be modified to use a per favorite hub setting.

Unfortunately, this wouldn't help, because that two network interfaces exist on my router, and the computer has only one, internal IP. Anyway, this is just a low-priority feature request since passive mode does the trick :)

This depends on DC++ bug 270107. If they decide to implement it, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't.
