Comment 20 for bug 763688

just did an install with an asus v7100pro and i had to use the no acpi option just to be able to install it and now all i get is a big pink screen. As my tv is my only monitor at the moment so i have to use svideo and this card is nvidia i cannot upgrade. Also natty live cd will not work on main pc which uses nvidia 8400 gs 512 with s-video.
