USB device could not be recognized in Ubuntu 12.04

HI,all
I have installed Ubuntu 12.04(64bit) on my Sony vaio Ultrabook. Everything goes well, but sometimes the usb devices could not be recognized.
And the command lsusb could display the device.And this is some detailed information I think

And my machine information is
Linux ubuntu 3.2.0-49-generic #75-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 18 17:39:32 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

And the temporary method to solve the problem is to reboot.
An easy way to reproduce this issue is just to suspend your machine and then wake up the machine.

Thank you for reporting this bug, as it is a USB Hardware detection issue this should be filed against the linux kernel. The main issue here seems to be the power management discrepancy, which is seen when you try to connect devices to a USB Hub.

One question I have is do you still have these problems without using a USB Hub?

@Quinn Blalazs I do use a USB Hub.However the problem occurs again.I thought it would be fixed when I upgrade the Linux Kernel.It starts troubling me again.

This issue applies to the built in ports when running 12.04 with most recent kernel 3.2.0-61-generic. As it is an LTS, can we please have a cherry-pick for the Ubuntu kernel
