Bug Description
The default nano image as it currently in built in the daily snapshots (4/6) is too big.
We need to be under 128 Megs (better) and eventually get under 64 Meg (best) installed. By installed size that's the size taken in the media. If the file system in use supports compression and allows the installed image to compressed to be 128 Megs or 64Megs that's acceptable.
The other purpose of this bug is to facilitate the Feature Freeze Exception necessary.

How far off 128MB are we today?
What concrete changes do you have planned to get it down to size? I don't think we want to grant a freeze exception without some specifics.
