ICE in in push_minipool_fix, at config/arm/arm.c

When compiling gcc/testsuite/gcc.c-torture/compile/920928-2.c with -Os, gcc 4.7.4 (arm-linux-gnueabi) produces internal compiler error:

FAIL: gcc.c-torture/compile/920928-2.c -Os (internal compiler error)
According to http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2013-06/msg01060.html problem was solved in gcc 4.6. However, in gcc 4.7 up to current 4.9, arm.md remains unpatched and error is reproduced.
