Bug Description
Using a Sandisk Cruizer Card with certain boards has issues that look like timing type issues.
On first load of UEFI menu after reboot command is issued, select [2] Shell and the EFI partition on the USB storage will not be listed or accessable. Issue and exit and re-select [2] Shell and the EFI partition will then be listed and be accessible by the shell.
This seems to happen pretty much every time for me, but occasionally works as expected.

I'm quite sure this is a general USB bug and not related to the brand of device you're using. It also happens if you use the BDS menus and select "Add Boot Device". The first time round, no USB partitions are shown. Press ESC, enter again and they are there.
