Bug Description
Since Linaro release 13.12, Ubuntu fails to find the SD boot device when using UEFI. Uboot works.
Linaro release 13.11 with UEFI/Ubuntu finds the boot device and boots fine.
It looks to me to be something about the SD bus/device clock setting not working. I have tried to debug it myself but am unfamiliar debugging Linux drivers.
I used the released hwpack and linaro binaries with linaro-
13.12, 14.01, 14.02, and 14.03 all fail in a similar manner.

Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
- Check root= (did the system wait for the right device?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
ALERT! /dev/mmcblk1p3 does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
BusyBox v1.20.2 (Ubuntu 1:1.20.
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

The SD device is readable on other systems and the partition files all there.

uefi isn't officially supported with Arndale. I should probably get rid of it to avoid any confusion.
