Bug Description
Currently, the UEFI Boot Manager only holds config for 1 global DTB (device tree blob).
Because the DTB is alway changing, LAVA and other users require the abillity to use a different blob per image configured

This is now in the 12.11 release tag, but it wasn't in the tree in time for the 12.11 release builds.
