Experiment with launchpad's recipe and get daily builds at a PPA

whats the status on this? we should really try to _not_ slip this for another month.

Work around the problem using ci.linaro.org if launchpad problems persist so we can have daily packages in time for a safe release landing.

Launchpad started to work again - I have first packages sent to build in PPA.

[hrw 10.11.11] First packages available in PPA: https://code.launchpad.net/~linaro-pkg/+archive/testing-daily-builds/ - need to fix them anyway as they use wrong "as".

Please push the packages to the Staging Overlay PPA, as we're already
pushing other packages provided from the daily builds in launchpad
there.

I want first to get fully working version. then I will change target PPA.

changed to 'in progress' due to need to change target ppa after it will work

Target PPA set to staging one. Current builds will land in old one but next one in staging.
