Bug Description
The libvirt-bin package built from CI needs to have pm-utils added as a dependency. It will prevent several startup warnings generated by the libvirt daemon.

Clark, is this still an issue for you? The source package has "Recommends: pm-utils" which is technically correct, because the lack of pm-utils gives only a warning. We can still change it easily in libvirt-
