Gator daemon doesn't exist in Samsung Arndale Linux Linaro ubuntu image.

On Samsung Arndale board with Linux Linaro ubuntu image:

Gator daemon doesn't exist:

gatord is only in developer rootfs but on arndale and highbank, we use server rootfs for the testing.
we'll add gatord to server rootfs.
