Kernel panic happened during power management test.

Procedures:
# apt-get install bzr python-apt python-setuptools
# bzr branch lp:lava-test
# cd lava-test
# python setup.py install
# lava-test install pwrmgmt
# lava-test run pwrmgmt

Since this test now has been fully automated on Linaro daily test dashboard:

It will be removed from weekly and monthly manual test list. This bug now suggests to be marked as "Won't Fix".
