Device Tree directory is empty on Linux Linaro Panda 4460.

On TI Panda 4460 board with Linux Linaro image:

Device Tree directory is empty:

root@linaro-developer:/proc/device-tree# pwd
/proc/device-tree
root@linaro-developer:/proc/device-tree# ls -l
total 0

However, the device tree related log exists in boot log:

This bug is not duplicated to bug 1087544. Bug 1087544 is using for tracking on Panda 4430 and this bug is using for tracking on Panda 4460.
