Bug Description
The dkms package Recommends:
linux-headers-
none of which are provided by current Linaro linux-headers-* packages. Therefore installing dkms ends up unnecessarily pulling in some random headers package (OMAP headers for Linux 3.2 from the Ubuntu repository). Download and unpacking these large packages takes several minutes on boards with slow storage, and it is also confusing for the user to see 3.2 OMAP headers being installed on a 3.4 non-OMAP kernel.
This problem could likely be solved by adding 'linux-headers' to the Provides: line in the control file for Linaro linux-headers-* packages.

I checked all of the hwpacks in the 12.04 release and this affects all of them.
